Features and Applications

ZDEC can be used as a primary or secondary rapid vulcanization accelerator for NR, SBR, IIR, EPDM. It is also suitable for natural and synthetic latex. In addition, it can be used as an antioxidant for adhesives.

Properties: Vulcanization accelerator ZDEC (ZDC) is a white powder. It is soluble in 1% sodium hydroxide, carbon disulfide, benzene and chloroform, and insoluble in gasoline. Uses: As an ultra-accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, especially suitable for butyl rubber, EPDM and latex. It is non-toxic and odorless, suitable for

white or bright colored transparent products. For applications in rubber products that come into contact with food, please refer to the relevant regulations in the chapters of FDA and BgVV.
